Michael David Murphy
Michael David Murphy is a writer, photographer, and a recent transplant from San Francisco. His multimedia solo exhibitions, So Help Me, and The Jena Project, debuted at Opal Gallery in Atlanta in 2008. Unphotographable, an installation based on unphotographable.com was included in Command Z at the Torrance Art Museum in 2007. A solo exhibition of Murphy’s work is planned for Spruill Gallery in September 2010. Murphy’s photographs and essays have been published worldwide in People Magazine, the Los Angeles Times, the New York Times, San Francisco Magazine, The National (Abu Dhabi), MSNBC, USA Today, BBC2, 8, and Wired.
